Pottery course for beginners and people with some experience

Learn how to hand-build with clay and make pots!

4-week course

27th Feb-19th March, every Thurs evening at Mini Potters 7-9pm

£85 per potter for the full 4 weeks, thats £21.25 per session which includes all materials and firings!

The course is designed to introduce beginners to the hand-building techniques of pinching, coiling and slab building. 

Liz, who will be running the course, studied ceramics at Cardiff Met University. Since then Liz has worked as a model maker at Aardman and is currently teaching Art and Design at a FE college. She has also taught ceramic evening classes in various locations around Bristol. 

During the 4-week course Liz will demonstrate a series of techniques, giving you the opportunity to express your own creativity.
